Born on July 23, 1988, Raymond J. Padula Jr. serves as President & CEO of Ray Padula Enterprises.  As President & CEO, Padula directs an international manufacturing company, as well as the brands, products, and the companies encompassed within the portfolio.  Since the company inception, Padula has successfully driven the goal of "high quality, value, innovation and service" throughout the company's six corporate teams, and many divisional boards.

Working collaboratively with these teams, which include, Corporate Administration, Manufacturing, Marketing, Research and Development and Sales/Support, Padula is working to change the lawn and garden watering market as we know it - a market driven by price, followed by quality.

Under Padula's leadership, the company has developed, produces, and markets one of the most diverse product lines to reach the markets of the United States, Europe, and Asia, responsible for introducing many industry firsts.
